黃龍博士
日(ri)本大(da)阪市(shi)立大(da)學(xue)(xue)食品營(ying)養科(ke)學(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業工學(xue)(xue)博(bo)士(shi),常州毅博(bo)生物科(ke)技有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司創始人。
曾在(zai)世界衛生(sheng)組織(zhi)(WHO)和聯合國環境規劃(hua)署(UNEP)擔任(ren)調研員(yuan),在(zai)丹尼(ni)斯(si)克(Danisco)、帝斯(si)曼(man)(Royal DSM)多年從事生(sheng)物高分子學、創(chuang)新藥劑學的基礎(chu)研究,以(yi)及酶制劑、菌(jun)種等的應用研究。兼任(ren)華東理工(gong)大(da)學生(sheng)物工(gong)程學院碩(shuo)士生(sheng)導師,在(zai)相關國內(nei)外(wai)學術(shu)雜志上(shang)曾發表40余篇以(yi)中、英、日(ri)三種語(yu)言(yan)撰(zhuan)寫(xie)的高影響因子的論文(wen)(wen)(wen),參(can)與編撰(zhuan)《Textural Characteristics of WorldFoods》(英文(wen)(wen)(wen),Wiley出(chu)版(ban))、《新食感事典》(日(ri)文(wen)(wen)(wen),Science Forum出(chu)版(ban))以(yi)及《多糖及其改性材料(liao)》(中文(wen)(wen)(wen),化(hua)學工(gong)業出(chu)版(ban)社出(chu)版(ban))等學術(shu)書籍。
毅(yi)博團隊基于(yu)自(zi)有(you)專著《特(te)醫食(shi)品的(de)開發(fa)與精益制造》、《精準營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)與長壽(shou)醫學(xue)產業(ye)》的(de)實踐案例,之(zhi)前(qian)曾經(jing)在江蘇泰州的(de)中國醫藥城建設運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)過(guo)部分(fen)內容,對當(dang)地的(de)自(zi)然(ran)資源(yuan)充分(fen)利用(yong),以及配套促進康養(yang)產業(ye)做出了(le)杰出的(de)貢獻(xian)。此外,毅(yi)博團隊長年(nian)對外技術(shu)服(fu)務(wu),開發(fa)經(jing)驗(yan)(yan)豐富(fu),成功(gong)案例多(duo),如:為修正健康集團設計(ji)開發(fa)糖尿病(bing)專用(yong)低(di)GI營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)配方粉(fen);完成上海元點醫藥科技有(you)限公司“手(shou)術(shu)后非全(quan)營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)配方食(shi)品開發(fa)項目(mu)”及其在腫瘤(liu)患者上的(de)臨(lin)床(chuang)營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)學(xue)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)。作為技術(shu)服(fu)務(wu)供應商(shang),對國食(shi)注申TY2018009 佳膳佳立暢(chang) 全(quan)營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)配方食(shi)品提供穩定性(xing)研究(jiu)服(fu)務(wu)。為江蘇及山(shan)東的(de)兩(liang)家投資過(guo)10億元的(de)大型生物醫藥企業(ye)開發(fa)得有(you)腫瘤(liu)、糖尿病(bing)、腎(shen)病(bing)、重癥手(shou)術(shu)期的(de)4種特(te)定全(quan)營(ying)(ying)(ying)養(yang)配方食(shi)品粉(fen)劑,已進入臨(lin)床(chuang)驗(yan)(yan)證(zheng)期。
HUANG Long received the PhD degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from Osaka City University, Japan. He has worked as a researcher for the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and has conducted basic research in biopolymers and innovative pharmacology, as well as applied research in enzymology and culture strains at Danisco and Royal DSM for many years. He has published more than 40 papers with high impact factor in Chinese, English and Japanese in relevant academic journals at home and abroad, and has presided over and participated in the editing of four academic monographs in Chinese, English and Japanese, including "Development and Lean Manufacturing of Foods for Special Medical Purpose". With many years of experience in research, development and management at home and abroad, he is innovative and passionate, and is adept at leading his team to make full use of internal and external resources to complete industrialisation projects of original technologies.
